Hello and welcome to another week of iOS reviews. This was a good week for games. The first game that I looked was Anthology. This game is a collecting of various classic Activision games like Kaboom or Kabobber. What I liked about this game was that gamers could choose what control scheme they wanted to use. For instance gamers who like joy sticks then you can use that, but if you like to use touch control you can use that. All the games work well and they are fun. What I did not like about the game was you had to buy more of the games. This game is great for the classic game lover but also people who do not mind dropping a little bit extra cash on the game.

With Halloween just around the corner I thought that I should review a couple of spooky games to hop on that bandwagon. The first spooky game that I looked at was Slender Mon Origins II. If you are a fan of horror games or the Slender Man then you will like this experience. The music is frightening, the atmosphere is scary, and the gameplay is first person that also adds to the experience because it puts the player right into the game. In the game you play a guy looking for his daughter in a spooky mansion. What I did not like about this game was the controls. I found them to be a little clunky. This is a problem that most first person games have on touch devices. The game reminds me of some Amnesia of Outlast which are two great survival horror games and feel that it is league with those games. Controls are not a game breaker though, if you look at the entire package this is a good game that is fun and a little scary.

The Silent Age

Ready for a new point and click adventure puzzle game? Do you also want a game that is eerie with lots of twists? If you answered yes then you should check out the Silent Age. In the game you play as Joe, a maintenance custodian at a major company who accidentally finds himself in the middle of a plane to save the world. As far as gameplay goes The Silent Age is great, it has all the elements of a good point and click adventure. If you are a fan of crazy and original art and design then this not the game for you. The graphics are a little bland which is not a terrible thing but it makes the game loose a little bit less compelling. Overall The Silent Age is a great game that is fun to play and get lost in the world. Well gamers that was this week. Hope you all enjoy and have a great Halloween!
